DOT Physicals

Our office is listed on the national registry of certified medical examiners to perform DOT medical exams in accordance with the FMCSA.

• Chiropractic Therapy: Spinal manipulation.
• Ultrasound therapy:non invasive heat treatment for soft tissue injuries. Benefits include speeding up the healing time of soft tissue injuries by increasing blood flow, reducing pain, decreasing swelling and reducing scar tissue. Ultrasound therapy is used for chronic pain, myofascial pain, carpal tunnel, plantar fasciitis, bursitis and sprain/ strain injuries.
• Electrical muscle stimulation: helps reduce muscle tension/ spasm, stimulates nerves and prevents muscle atrophy.
• Cryotherapy/ thermotherapy: pain relief, reduction of swelling/ inflammation and reduction of muscle tension.
• Massage Therapy
• Trigger point therapy: The reduction/ release of pain points (knots) in the muscles. Usually followed by stretching and ice.
